New Features

  • Link Rewrite Protection - Link Rewrite Protection is now out of beta and available to all partners. This feature adds post delivery, real-time protection against emerging threats found in URLs that were not detected as suspicious / malicious during the original email scan.   • Outbound DLP Rules - We've added outbound DLP rules to help you keep sensitive customer data from leaving the organization unintentionally. For Mesh Gateway and Mesh Unified partners utilizing our outbound smarthost, you can now create rules to quarantine specific subject lines, URLs, email body, and common PII patterns.   • Autotask Integration - We now natively synchronize licensing information from Mesh directly into Autotask. Find out more here: PSA Integrations

Enhancements

  • Our ConnectWise Manage Integration now supports two billing modes: 

    • Create additions for new month - new additions will be created for each month cycle (previously available billing mode). 

    • Reuse addition (create if missing) - existing additions will be updated with the updated usage for the month.  

    • It now also supports different month cycles usage reporting: 

      • Current Month 

      • Next Month

  • Customer Level Scheduled Reports - Report scheduling is now available at the customer level, allowing customer level administrators to automate recurring report generation, without requiring a partner level team member.

Adjustments

  • The “Tickets” page has been removed. Tickets can be raised via email to our support team or by phone.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug related to updating the configured item price for HaloPSA integration. 

  • Fixed bug related to updating the configured product price for ConnectWise Manage integration. 

  • Fixed bug preventing API docs page from loading.

  • Fixed bug where 2FA authentication would fail on login.

  • Fixed Link Rewrite Protection URL encoding issue.

  • Fixed bug related to Microsoft 365 safe sender validation.

  • Fixed bug where Threat-Scanning verdict would not update once complete.
