Rate Limits
To protect against mass-mailing spam, inbound and outbound limits are applied as part of our service.

Inbound
This limit counts the number of messages received within a 5 minute timeframe. If the limit is exceeded, inbound messages are temporarily deferred. Internal messages do not contribute to this count as they are not processed by Mesh filtering servers.
Outbound
This limit applies to the number of outbound recipients within a 5 minute timeframe. If the limit is exceeded, outbound messages from that mailbox are temporarily delayed. This is to help prevent outbound spam, mass-mailing, and in the event of a compromised mailbox, prevent the mass distribution of malware.
Maximum Message Size
If using Mesh Gateway/Unified the maximum email size, including the message body, headers, and all attachments is 100 MB. If an inbound/outbound email exceeds this limit, it will be rejected before delivery.
