Invoices / Billing / Licenses

Mesh’s invoice and billing system has been designed specifically based on feedback and suggestions from MSPs:

Single Monthly Invoice: MSPs receive only one invoice per month from Mesh.
Billing Date: Mesh invoices on the 1st day of the month.
Itemized Invoices: Invoices are itemized by customer, product, billing quantity, and cost per license.
Advance Invoicing with Net 30 Terms: Invoices are issued in advance for the upcoming month, but payments are due after 30 days.
Pro-Rated Charges: Customers added during the month are billed on a pro-rated basis.

Invoices are provided in both PDF and CSV formats, delivered by email, and are also available on the billing page in your MSP portal.

Thanks to an integration with Mesh and Gradient MSP, MSPs can sync licensing from Mesh into their PSA.
