2-Factor authentication and IP address restrictions can be enforced to control portal access.

Can be set for access to:

• MSP portal

• Customer portal

• End-user portal

2 Factor Authentication

You can force end-users/admins to use 2 Factor Authentication when logging into the portal at customer level.

IP Access

You can restrict access to the customer-level portal to specific IP addresses.

Note: If access to the MSP portal is set to specific IP addresses and login as is allowed for the customer account, there is no need to add the same IPs at customer level.
