Previewing an Email

Emails in the Live Email Tracker can be previewed before being delivered or deleted.

Please note only quarantined emails can be previewed. If you wish to disable previews in the partner level, you can find more info here: https://docs.emailsecurity.app/help-center/restricting-partner-access-to-customer-domain-or-m

Step 1: Navigate to the Live Email Tracker

Navigate to the Live Email Tracker page in the sidebar.

Step 2: View Email

To preview an email and its headers, click the "View” located on the rightmost column of the corresponding email. This will open a modal showing more details and the email body.

All links and attachments are disabled for security.

Step 3 Additional Actions (Optional)

Use the “Deliver”, “Delete”, or “Download” button.

• Deliver - Delvers the email (and creates a rule if option selected).

• Delete - Deletes the email (and creates a rule if option selected).

• Download - Downloads a copy of the email. This can be used to view quarantined messages more closely before delivering them to the end user.
