Permissions Explained
These are the available permissions that can be assigned to a user with the partner role.
Permission | What it means |
---|---|
Analytics | This is the default permission required. Grants access to the analytics page where statistics about email traffic can be seen. |
Billing | View and modify the billing details. |
Customers: Manage | View and manage existing customers. |
Customers: Create New | Allow a Team Member to create new customer. |
Global Policy | View and modify policy templates and create/manage global custom, allow and block rules. |
Live Email Tracker | Allow access to the Live Email Tracker where an overview of all email traffic can be seen. |
Partner Account Settings | View and modify the partner account settings. |
Support | View and create support tickets. |
Team Management | Allow the Team Member to create other Team Members. |
