Permissions Explained

These are the available permissions that can be assigned to a user with the partner role.

Permission

What it means

Analytics

This is the default permission required. Grants access to the analytics page where statistics about email traffic can be seen.

Billing

View and modify the billing details.

Customers: Manage

View and manage existing customers.

Customers: Create New

Allow a Team Member to create new customer.

Global Policy

View and modify policy templates and create/manage global custom, allow and block rules.

Live Email Tracker

Allow access to the Live Email Tracker where an overview of all email traffic can be seen.

Partner Account Settings

View and modify the partner account settings.

Support

View and create support tickets.

Team Management

Allow the Team Member to create other Team Members.
