User
All users are billable and can have unlimited aliases. Users can login, although this is rarely required as they can perform most actions from their quarantine digests.
Administrator
Administrators are billable and can have have unlimited aliases. It is possible to restrict the administrator’s permissions.
Built-in-administrator
Every customer account must have a built-in-administrator, it is a system requirement. This is not a billable license.
Functional Address
Functional addresses are not billable and should be used for shared mailboxes and distribution groups. Functional addresses can log into the portal but only for customers using the Azure Sync.
VIP Tag
The VIP tag is used to enhance our Impersonation Detection. If utilizing Azure AD Sync, we automatically assign this tag to your most likely to be impersonated users such as C-suite, managers, finance, and other key roles commonly used in Business Email Compromise (BEC) attacks.
